Manufacturers building a new plant
You need industrial land with the right permitted use and enough power, water and gas.
Business Development Kazakhstan
A site that looks right on the map may not have the power your line needs, and your company may not be able to hold it legally. BDK checks title, land category and utilities against your production requirements first, then negotiates — so the risks are on the table before you sign.

Risks
A site can look right while the grid has no spare capacity. We check technical conditions before the land is secured.
A company with foreign participation can own land for industrial and commercial buildings, but not agricultural land and not land in the border zone. The site's category and location must fit your structure.
The land's permitted use or the registration of existing buildings may not match what is on site; changing the use or registering buildings takes time.
Pledges, arrests, open disputes or unpaid charges can pass with the property. Check the registers before you sign.

Land follows separate rules: a company with foreign participation can own land for industrial and commercial buildings, but it cannot own or use agricultural land, and it cannot own land in the border zone. Many projects lease land or buildings, including inside special economic zones.
