We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive information — on our template or yours.
An NDA can cover your group companies and named advisers, and can be mutual.
Handling
How we handle your information
- Access is limited to the people working on your project
- Contractors and specialists receive only what their task requires, under confidentiality obligations
- We do not use your information for other clients
- We never publish a project or name a client without written consent
- On request, we return or delete project documents at the end of an engagement, subject to legal retention requirements
Conflicts
Conflicts of interest
Before accepting a project, we check whether we act for a party whose interests conflict with yours. If there is a conflict, we tell you and do not take on the work.
